Reservations must include a $25.00 deposit.
Confirmation of the reservation will be made upon receipt of the deposit.
Deposits are nonrefundable unless cancellation within 72 hours of securing your reservation or weather prohibits delivery of a unit.
Balances are due upon delivery - NO EXCEPTIONS.

We accept cash at the time of delivery or credit cards over the phone prior to delivery.  Balance for credit cards will be charged to your credit card on the day of delivery.

The lessee/renter is responsible for making sure that all equipment is in the same good condition when it is picked up as it was when the lessor delivered it.  The lessee/renter is also responsible for ANY fees that arise as a result of the repair or replacement of any/all equipment due to damages while in their possession.

ANY EQUIPMENT THAT REQUIRES EXTRAORDINARY CLEANING AFTER RETRIEVAL WILL BE ASSESSED AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE OF $50.00 PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF PICK UP.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
